Every relationship starts with identifying whether you want me to

  • Implement a management decision
  • Take complete responsibility for designing and delivering a solution

Then we identify whether my role will involve

  • Training Employees to deliver the solution
  • Providing specialist knowledge to support your employees
  • Delivering the complete solution

We then analyse the project and assess the

  • The external Socio-economic environment
  • The external commercial environment
  • The internal environment
  • The appropriateness of the objectives – will the objectives be achievable within the external and internal environment?

Then we ask whether I am the most suitable HR and employee development professional to help you achieve your objectives.

Evaluate

Once the analysis have been completed I will ask you to evaluate it

For me, evaluation is a continuous process, which is applied to every aspect of our relationship and the work that we do together.

The evaluation will make use of both objective and subjective criteria, which we will collate using a 360 degree approach.

To ensure that you are getting the greatest return on your investment I will also help you to evaluate our relationship.

Above all I will be open and honest with you about what has gone well and what I will aim to deliver better in the future.

Build

My aim is to build a solution that is right for you, by using my wide range of professional knowledge, skills, experience and common sense.

Whether the project is large or small I will build

  • A Strategy: which explains the reasons for the strategy and every stage of the process to achieving the objectives
  • A Process: which describes what will be done by who, when, where, and how
  • An Action Plan: that shows how each stage of the process will be completed
  • Training: that ensures the skills and knowledge required to fulfil the objectives is shared with the appropriate people
  • Assessment Standards: to ensure that the objectives are met

Evaluate

Each stage of the build process is evaluated by you as it is completed to ensure that it is appropriate to your objectives

As the project develops you will be learning. You may as a result want to make minor changes to your objectives, or completely rewrite them.

Continuous evaluation makes it easy to incorporate your changes into the project.

Communicate

Every project has a communication plan to ensure that

  • You are kept informed, in a way that works for you
  • You can keep me informed
  • There are appropriate levels of awareness of the project throughout your organisation
  • There is a high level of buy-in to the project
  • Knowledge and skills are shared appropriately

Evaluate

Every stage of the communication planning and delivery process is evaluated with you as it is completed to ensure that it is appropriate to the audience and is supporting the achievement of the objectives

Deploy

This is when we bring everything together and deliver the project.

The analysis, build and communications should work seamlessly together to ensure that everyone

  • Understands their role in achieving the objective
  • Knows the time scales of the objective
  • How to fulfil their role, and has the appropriate skills and knowledge
  • Where and when they have to perform their role
  • Who to ask for help if they have any problems

Evaluate

To ensure the success of every project I will work closely with you so that if any issues arise during the deployment they can be addressed quickly.

The success of our relationship depends on my ability to deliver results.

The results I deliver will be defined in the objectives we agree at the start of the project, or agree to change as the project progresses
