I was introduced to this client, a start-up call centre operation by investors.

The objective was to create, in just a couple of weeks, a fully functioning human resources department that would be capable of supporting the rapid growth of this very labour intensive business.

The HR function was up and running on schedule, with a full range of policies and operational procedures.

Fully functioning included creating an employee consultation and representation mechanism, as well as identifying the main training needs for the key roles and designing an induction programme.

I finished the project by recruiting the permanent staff for the HR function.
