My Client, a financial services company had to revise its terms and conditions of employment to accommodate the demands of its rapid growth.

In an attempt to recruit people quickly the Company had offered potential employees individual terms and conditions of employment.

As employee numbers increased, these individual terms had become an administrative burden and created unnecessary expensive administration processes.

My objective was to create a streamlined set of terms and conditions and introducing them to the employees, the majority of whom were resistant to any change.

I consolidated all the different terms and conditions.

I also devised and supported the management to implement a communication strategy that ensured the employees understood and accepted the need for change.

My Client avoided the exodus of highly trained personnel, which they had expected.
