The Employees’ Guide to Employment
Employers often spend large amounts of money on training employees to be managed, but rarely invest in money that educates people about how to be managed or a good employee.
There is a definite talent to being good at managing upwards, which can be the difference between being successful at work or not.
To address this gap in the training that employees receive I launched Work Work Work, as an employees’ guide to employment.
Work Work Work aims to improve the way in which employees can engage in employment processes like

- Discussions with managers
The team set about creating content about how to:

- Deal with problems at work
Over time Work Work Work has evolved to meet the demands of working life have evolved.
