The Company, based in South West England, needed to build on its presence in the UK market by expanding into Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Employees were either relocated to or recruited in six different countries in less than six months.

I worked with the Human Resources Department to define the legal requirements for employing staff in each location, and then implemented the strategy.

I also assisted in the identification and opening of office locations.
